Reporting Requirements
All return or refund claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Each claim must include:
• Original order number and invoice reference
• Complete style code, brand name, and size details from the garment
• Clear photographic evidence of the specific issue
• Written description of the problem and its commercial impact

Resolution Options
• Replacement Shipment — for proven quality defects or transit damage
• Partial Credit / Invoice Adjustment — for minor discrepancies
• Full Refund — for orders that are genuinely unusable for their intended purpose

Non-Returnable Items
• Customized / private-label garments made to specific buyer specifications
• Garments that have been washed, worn, altered, or tampered with
• Items purchased on final clearance or special promotional pricing
• Custom embroidered or printed garments with buyer-specific content

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days of claim approval via the original payment method or as credit notes for future purchases.
